Returns and Refund policy

Products purchased from our website are not returnable or refundable. However, in the odd event that you receive a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, they will be eligible for exchange & return. Exchange can only be possible basis availability of stock and within 14 days of date of delivery.

All items bought from the clearance sale section are not eligible for exchange or return.

Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds

In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges

In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
